Subject: Application for repairing the damaged road.
Sir
We, the undersigned, on behalf of the inhabitants of your upazilla, want to state that the main road in our locality has been badly damaged during the recent flood. The road has not been repaired for a long time. As a result, people, especially students have to undergo untold sufferings. Often children and old people have to suffer because they slip and fall. The road has become almost unworthy of use. It needs immediate repair.
We, therefore, hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary measures immediately to repair the road and oblige thereby.
